Organisers of the TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 conference have issued a final call for early registrations, with savings of up to $482 on passes ending on Thursday, 10 April at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. The annual event, a cornerstone of the global technology calendar, is scheduled to take place from 13 to 15 October at the Moscone West centre in San Francisco.

The price increase marks the end of the lowest rates for the three-day summit, which last year attracted over 10,000 founders, investors, and technology executives. Group bookings can secure additional discounts of up to 30% on bundled passes.

Networking and agenda at the core

The conference's primary draw is its curated networking environment, where organisers facilitated more than 20,000 one-to-one meetings in 2025. For the 2026 edition, improved matchmaking technology promises to make connections between startups and potential investors even more efficient. "Meet the one person who can change the trajectory of your startup. It only takes one," the event promotion states.

The main stage will host over 200 conversations across tracks including Artificial Intelligence, fintech, climate technology, and scaling. The full agenda for 2026 is yet to be published, but it will build on the 250-plus industry leaders featured last year.

Startup Battlefield and exhibition opportunities

A central pillar of Disrupt is the Startup Battlefield 200 competition, where 200 early-stage companies selected by TechCrunch compete for $100,000 in non-equity funding and global exposure. Past winners include now-household names like Discord, Cloudflare, and Trello. Applications and nominations for the 2026 cohort are currently open.

Alongside the pitch competition, over 300 startup exhibitors will showcase their products in the Expo Hall, a high-traffic area designed for discovery. Companies interested in securing an exhibition table can apply directly through the event website.

Expanded Disrupt Week and related events

The core conference dates are part of a broader "Disrupt Week" running from 11 to 17 October, which will feature official side events across the San Francisco Bay Area. These include pre-event breakfasts, post-conference networking cocktails, and independently hosted panels, extending opportunities for engagement beyond the main venue.

In a related announcement, TechCrunch also promoted its StrictlyVC event, a more intimate gathering for venture capital insights scheduled earlier in the year, also in San Francisco.
